Going independent in 2004 from Pillsbury GMAC, the I-20 Team has built its reputation on serving homebuyers and sellers throughout East Texas. With deep roots in communities such as Lindale, Hideaway, and Tyler, the team has grown by focusing on local knowledge, personal service, and a commitment to helping people find their place to call home. I-20 Team Real Estate has always been located at 17056 Interstate 20 West, serving as the “front door” to the Hideaway Lake area.
In March 2020, I-20 Team Real Estate affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, becoming Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate I-20 Team. This milestone brought together the team’s established local presence with the reach and resources of a nationally recognized real estate brand.
The company began with a split ownership between 4 owners and served communities throughout the Interstate 20 corridor and surrounding East Texas areas. Today, in 2026, the office is led by Broker and original owner Trish Anderson – who has served the office for more than 31 years. With a history rooted in local relationships and a forward-looking approach to real estate, the I-20 Team remains committed to helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions: finding the right home. There isn’t a home in Hideaway that Trish hasn’t been in, and she has recorded over 1,000+ hours of educational credit to her Real Estate license. It’s safe to say that it’s her life’s work!
